4. Disbursement of Funds

• The Foundation distributes funds to participating schools and programs via electronic transfer or check.
• Timing of distributions may vary, but funds are typically sent monthly for donations received during the previous month.
• The Foundation is not responsible for any delays or errors in disbursement caused by incorrect banking or mailing information provided by recipients.

5. Sponsorships and Recognition

Businesses or individuals who make sponsorship donations may be recognized on participating school or partner platforms (such as Music Supporters) in accordance with agreed-upon sponsorship tiers. Logos and business names provided for recognition must comply with school and Foundation guidelines. The Foundation reserves the right to decline or remove sponsor content deemed inappropriate or inconsistent with its mission.

6. Tax Information

The Music Supporters Foundation, Inc. is a registered nonprofit organization. Donations may be tax-deductible to the extent permitted by law. Please consult your tax advisor for details regarding your individual situation. Donors will receive receipts suitable for tax purposes where required.

7. Limitation of Liability

The Foundation provides this website and its services “as is” and makes no warranties or representations regarding its accuracy or reliability. To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Foundation shall not be liable for any loss, damage, or expense arising from:
